What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is simply someone that can do everything a secretary, administrative or personal assistant can do for you while working from an offsite location. In the past a secretary, personal assistant etc., needed to know how to take shorthand, type and answer the phone – which dictated that she actually work in an office. This is no longer the case and the business services industry has experienced an evolution in how secretarial/office duties are now accomplished. employees
4. No requirement for office furniture, equipment etc.
5. Pay only for time and materials spent on the project
6. No employee related expenses such as salary, benefits,
sick leave, vacation pay, health insurance etc.
7. You deal with the same person, resulting in consist-
ency in the work.
8. You get to spend more time on revenue generating
activities.
